Town Hall Meeting 2008:

The Randolph County Town Hall Meeting, hosted by the Randolph County Cornerstone Coalition and the Substance Abuse and Mental Services Administration (SAMHSA), was held at the Randolph County Development Center located at Black River Technical College on Thursday, March 27. The primary focus of the meeting was to increase awareness on the issue of underage drinking in Randolph County, identify how underage drinking affects the community, and brainstorm possible solutions.

The meeting provided an opportunity for nearly 300 parents, teachers, community officials, prevention specialists, and youth to voice their concerns and suggest ideas for preventing young people from using alcohol.
